Super crispy, delicious, and unique!
They’re really easy to make—you get this amazing result by making horizontal cuts on one side and diagonal cuts on the other!

📝 INGREDIENTS:
☆ Potatoes
☆ Olive oil (@pisi.oliva)
☆ 1 clove of garlic, minced, and 1 tsp of chili flakes (or use herbs you prefer like parsley, rosemary, thyme, etc.)
☆ Salt to taste
🥣 INSTRUCTIONS:
👉🏻 Place two sticks (like skewers or chopsticks) on either side of the potato and make thin, parallel horizontal cuts close together. The sticks help prevent cutting all the way through
.👉🏻 Mix the minced garlic, chili flakes, a generous drizzle of olive oil, and salt.
👉🏻Coat the potatoes completely with this mixture.
👉🏻Bake in a hot oven or air fryer at 200°C (392°F) for about 20–30 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

📝INGREDIENTES:
☆ Papas
☆ Aceite de oliva @pisi.oliva
☆ 1 ajo picado y 1 cdita de ají molido o las hierbas que prefieras (perejil, romero, tomillo, etc)
☆ Sal a gusto
🥣PROCEDIMIENTO:
👉🏻 Con la ayuda de dos palitos (de brochette o de sushi) a los costados de la papa, hacer cortes horizontales paralelos uno al lado del otro bien juntos y finitos. Los palitos ayudan a no atravesar del todo la papa.
👉🏻 Mezclar el ajo picado con el ají molido, chorrito generoso de aceite y sal. Cubrir las papas completamente con esta mezcla.
👉🏻 Cocinar en horno fuerte o air fryer a 200ºC unos 20/30 min o hasta dorar bien.
