✨🍫CHOCOLATE DESSERT with Only 3 Ingredients!🍫🥛✨
Delicious, creamy, sugar-free, low in fat, and very easy to make! You can use plant-based milk to make it vegan and lactose-free!🙌🏻
📝INGREDIENTS:
☆ 1 Liter of milk or plant-based milk
☆ 90g Cornstarch (replaceable with 4 sachets of pre-hydrated unflavored gelatin)
☆ 50g Cocoa powder
☆ Optional: Sweetener to taste (about 3 tablespoons of sweetener or 100g of erythritol or sugar)

🥣 PROCEDURE:
👉🏻 Place the milk along with the rest of the ingredients in a pot and mix or whisk until everything dissolves.
👉🏻 Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until it thickens (about 7 to 8 minutes approx.)
👉🏻 Transfer to the mold and refrigerate for about 4 to 5 hours.
☝🏻 If using unflavored gelatin, integrate the cocoa and milk well. Heat over medium heat and add the pre-soaked and dissolved gelatin. Mix well and refrigerate.🙌🏻
