✨BAKED OATMEAL #1: CARROT CAKE🥕It's incredible how delicious it is and how HEALTHY it is at the same time! You can have this spectacular cake for breakfast every day!! 😍 If you struggle with breakfast, once you try this recipe, breakfast will be your favorite meal!! 📝 INGREDIENTS:
☆ 2 medium ripe bananas
☆ 2 cups rolled oats
☆ 30g protein powder (can be plant-based protein or whey protein, or substitute with powdered milk or 1/4 cup whole wheat/almond flour, or whatever you prefer)
☆ 1 tsp cinnamon (if you don't like it, you can substitute with vanilla or orange zest)
☆ 1 tsp baking powder
☆ 1 medium carrot, grated
☆ 1 handful of walnuts or crushed nuts
☆ 1 Tbsp stevia or any sweetener or 2 Tbsp honey
☆ 1 1/2 cups of your favorite milk (I used almond milk)
✨ Topping:
☆ 2 Tbsp Greek yogurt or cream cheese
☆ Sweetener to taste
☆ Nuts or dried fruit Extra mashed bananas (optional)

🥣 PROCEDURE:
👉🏻 In a greased baking dish or pan (approximately 15-18 cm square), mash the bananas and add all the ingredients. Mix well until well combined.
👉🏻 Bake at 180ºC in the oven for 35-40 minutes or in the air fryer for 20 minutes. You can also microwave it at full power in 1-minute batches until cooked through and a stick or knife inserted into the pan does not come out with any batter stuck to it. This is a super moist cake, so it won't come out completely dry, but it shouldn't have any batter stuck to it.
👉🏻 Once cool, cover with the yogurt or sweetened cream cheese frosting and top with dried fruit or nuts.
