π INGREDIENTS:
- 30g of granola or oats
- Β½ tablespoon of peanut butter (or substitute with β of a mashed banana)
- 100g of light cream cheese (or low-fat Greek yogurt)
- 3 teaspoons of your preferred liquid sweetener
- 1 egg
- A few drops of vanilla essence
- Zest and juice of Β½ a lemon
- 3 tablespoons of sugar-free blueberry jam
- Fresh or frozen blueberries

π₯£ INSTRUCTIONS:β£β£
1. Mix the granola with peanut butter and press it onto the bottom of the cup to form a compact base.β£
2. Combine the cream cheese with the sweetener, vanilla, and lemon zest.β£
3. Once well mixed, add the egg and integrate.β£
4. Pour this mixture over the base in the cup and microwave at 800W in 4 to 5 bursts of 30 seconds each, covered with a plate to avoid spills, until the edges are set but the center is still slightly soft.
Β Β βπ»If you don't have a microwave, bake it in a conventional or electric oven at 180ΒΊC (356ΒΊF) for about 15 minutes.
5. Let it cool, take it out of de mug
