- 1 egg
- ¾ cup of skim milk (or your choice of milk, including plant-based)
- 2 teaspoons of sweetener (or 2 tablespoons of sugar if not making it low-carb)
- ½ teaspoon of vanilla essence
- 1 teaspoon of instant coffee

🥣 INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Mix the egg with the rest of the ingredients in a microwave-safe cup. Microwave at full power in bursts of 30 seconds, for a total of 2 minutes, or until the center is not liquid. Be sure to check that it doesn't overflow.
♨️ If you don't use a microwave, you can make it in a small mold in the oven or air fryer until the center is no longer liquid.
2. Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve.
